Gloucestershire County Council is starting work on the next Local Transport Plan (LTP3), which will lay down transport priorities from 2011 to 2026.

Last minute changes saw all mention of motorcycles and scooters removed from LTP2, so we need to make sure we are included this time. This initial consultation will run until February 2010, with the first draft LTP3 published in June 2010.

They will also be holding "Talking Transport" workshops in Cheltenham, Cirencester, Coleford, Gloucester, Moreton-in-Marsh, Newent, Stroud and Tewkesbury during January 2010. Dates and locations will be announced nearer the time.

Welcome to Glos MAG

Gloucestershire MAG is the local branch of the Motorcycle Action Group and is made up of a wide variety of bikers, riding many different types of motorcycle. The group promotes MAG's campaigns in our area and raises awareness of local biking and safety issues. MAG is not just about the politics of biking, it is also a great way to get to meet like minded people with an interest in motorcycles.

The group has a full social calendar and takes part in many local bike meets and rideouts. The group is very female friendly with almost half of the group being women.
